Willis Jane Parlier Lynch, 86 of Pensacola, Florida passed away on February 3, 2021 peacefully in her home of natural causes. Her eldest son, Michael Lynch was with her at the time of passing.
Jane was born on August 31, 1934 to parents: Hessie McGuire Parlier and Thurman (“Paul”) Parlier, and was pre-deceased in death by brothers Jimmy Dale Parlier and Sammy James Parlier, and step-sisters Alma Shell, and Georgie Gilliam.
Jane is survived by her three sons and their wives; Michael and Jennifer Lynch, John and Christina Lynch and Richard and Kathi Lynch. Jane was the proud grandmother of five grandchildren, Nathan Thomas Lynch (17), Amanda Jane Lynch (16), Kaitlynn Xander Lynch (16), Patrick Michael Lynch (12) and Rory William Lynch (8), all of Annapolis, Maryland.
Jane grew up in Banner Elk, North Carolina and graduated from The Grace Hospital of Nursing in North Carolina on May 16, 1955. Jane married Thomas Lynch in 1957, and later moved to Brandywine, Maryland to raise her family. She moved to Pensacola in the 1990’s to live near her eldest son, Michael. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse in North Carolina and Maryland and she was a Home Health Aide in Pensacola until retirement.
Family was most important to Jane and throughout her life she enjoyed boating, water skiing, camping and going to the beach. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids, and visiting her two sons, John and Richard and their families in Annapolis. Her visits kept her smiling and entertained, and she will be missed…
