Helen May Palmer, 95, formerly of Annapolis, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Palms of Sebring Assisted Living in Fort Meade, FL. She is survived by her son, Tim Palmer and his wife, Ginni and grandchildren, Matt and Elizabeth. The family will receive friends 2-4pm and 7-9pm, Saturday, September 3, 2016 at John M Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis MD. A Graveside Service will held 11:00am, Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church Cemetery, Annapolis, MD In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen’s name to the Cancer Society.
