Elizabeth Dux Bond

Elizabeth Dux Bond, 100, of Annapolis, Maryland passed away on Monday, July 31 2023. Born on June 17, 2023 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, she was the son of the late Herbert E. Dux and Irene M. Dux; and sister of the late Jack Dux, William Dux and Patricia Rhoades.

With a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University, Elizabeth, or Betty as she was known, held positions at DuPont, Hoffman LaRoche, and Cities Service. She relocated to Annapolis 5 years ago.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons James R. Anderson and his wife Sandra of Davidsonville, Maryland; Eric J. Anderson of Seattle, Washington; Carl D. Andersson of Bergisch Gladbach, Germany and his children Liv and Erdie; Clifford L. Anderson of Tucson, Arizona; Thomas E. Anderson and his wife Robin Briggs of Seattle, Washington and their children Sandra, Katherine and Adam; her daughter Karen S. Anderson of Scottsdale, Arizona; and her late husband's son C. Bradley Bond and his family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Presbyterian Church in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
