She was a homemaker for many years, followed by employment at McClellans Dept. Store & Bazleys Meat Market in downtown Ypsilanti. In 1994, she moved to Monroe with her longtime companion Cyril (Cy) Russeau & was employed with H & R Block in downtown Monroe. Judy & Cy enjoyed getting together with their friends every morning at the local Tim Hortons & playing cards at the Senior Center. In 2021, Judy moved back to Ypsilanti, residing with her daughter Rhonda.
Surviving are her children: Rhonda Hoag Bates, Durwood Hoag Jr, Barbara Hoag, Wendy (Kenny) Cribelar, & Pamela (Scott) Blevins; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, & 2 great great grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, & nephews and her favorite SIL Velda Hanselman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Henry, sister Jeanine, & long time companion Cy Russeau.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
