Patricia Ann White

Patricia Ann White, age 79, of Altoona, Iowa passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. Services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Ankeny Funeral Home with a visitation from 1-3 p.m. and a celebration of life service at 3 p.m.

Pat was born in Mason City on September 5, 1944, to Everett and Darlene (Clark) Graves. She was known for being an amazing friend, funny, and sassy. She enjoyed being in nature, attending to her garden and flower beds. Pat was also an animal lover. She liked watching the birds and squirrels and had a fondness for her two cats, Kahlua and Skyy. Pat also enjoyed listening to music and watching TV shows; like game shows, soap operas, and most currently, Flip That House.

Family was so important to her and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought so much joy to her life. She was a friend to everyone and will be missed by all.

Pat is survived by her sons, Steve and Linda Cummings of Kansas City, Missouri, Chris and Brandy Cummings of Altoona; daughter, Kim and Rick Johnson of Des Moines; grandchildren, Aaron (Jordyn), Colby, Sarah, Jonathan, Jason, Harley, Patience, Taylor, Ryan (Katie), and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Owen, Carter, Daniel, Macy, Emilee, and Carson. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry and her sister, Nancy Jones.
