Mildred “Millie” Thede Chute, 78, a resident of Ankeny since 1963 left her earthly life on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Sunny View Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church (1100 SE Sharon Dr. Ankeny, IA). Burial will be in Ankeny Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Chute of Ankeny, IA; daughter, Pamela (Ron) Houseman, sons, Paul (Linda) Thede of Boone, IA; Bill (Janette) Thede of Granger, IA; Robert (Roseanne) Thede of Bondurant, IA; stepsons, Jaimeson Chute of Salem, AR; Matthew (Shannon) Chute of Scott Air Base, IL; seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brother, Bernard (Myrna) Gundel of Fontanelle, IA; mother-in-law, Pat Huntsman of Red Oak, IA; two brothers-in-law, and two sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 8, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Memorial contributions may be designated for the music program, Chancel Choir or Bell Choir of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Ankeny.
