Margaret "Peggy" Houlihan

Peggy was born July 2, 1924 in Ashland, Wisconsin to Frank and Elizabeth (Redmond) Hahn. She graduated from Ashland High School and she continued her education at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where she graduated with a degree in Education. Peggy was a proud alumni of UW-Madison. She was united in marriage to Richard K. Houlihan on September 23, 1947 in Ashland, Wisconsin. Peggy was a Milwaukee Public School Teacher until her retirement in the early 1990’s.

Peggy is survived by her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Houlihan of Kewaskum, Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Patrick (Sara) Houlihan of Woodward, Iowa and Maureen Houlihan of Waunakee, Wisconsin; two great grandchildren, Dakota Houlihan and Hayden Harbort. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Kevin Houlihan; sister, Elizabeth Scholten Neumann; brother, Frank Hahn and parents.
