Barbara Alice Heinzerling

Per Barbara’s wishes there will be no formal funeral services. Burial of her ashes will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City, Iowa at a later date.

Barbara Alice Heinzerling (Bennett) was born on May 24, 1936 in Pocatello, Idaho. She was united in marriage to Elmer Henry Heinzerling on June 24, 1955 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Mason City, Iowa. There were six children to this union, Suzanne, Vickie, Linda, Elaine, Russell and John.

Barbara is survived by her six children, Suzanne (Jim) Quam, Vickie Heinzerling, Linda (Rick) DeFord, Elaine (Daniel) Charlson and John (Shannon) Heinzerling; a daughter-in-law, Pam Heinzerling; eleven grandchildren, Nathan Quam, Alicia (Matt) Adcock, Hunter DeFord, Rebecca DeFord, Jennifer (Mead) Martens, Rachel (Daryl) Bailey, Austin (Landry) Heinzerling, Marissa (Sawyer) Phillips, Hannah (Ryan) Wagers, Erica Heinzerling (Zach Pinkerton, Fiancé), and Tyler (Jaelynn) Heinzerling; and eight great grandchildren, Mason, Declan, Ayana, Devin, Darion, Scarlett, James and Christopher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Henry Heinzerling, her son, Russell Heinzerling, Father, Charles Bennett, Mother, Louise (Ames) Martin and her husband, Elmer Martin and sister, Delila Heinzerling.
