Tony was born December 12, 1960 in Des Moines, the son of Donald and Charlene Lamberti. He graduated from Ankeny High School and attended Iowa State University.
Tony was a successful businessman, founding Lamberti Concrete in 1982. Tony was proud of his company, and he was committed to the community. He had a passion for cars, particularly his corvettes.
Tony was devoted to his family, and was blessed to have them close. His faith was deeply rooted in the Catholic Church and he encouraged others to live and serve The Lord.
Tony is survived by his wife, Larysa; and daughters, Zjahna, at home; Megan (Kalynn) Yingst; Miquel (Jason) Hadsall; Marissa (Jimmy) Grimes; six grandchildren; Anthony, Gabriel, Makenna, Owen, Zacchaeus, and Brilee. Tony is also survived by his parents, Donald and Charlene Lamberti; his brother, Jeff (Shannon) Lamberti; and his sisters, Kimberli (Larry) Pitts and Jennifer Field, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2010 with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. at Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church (510 E. First St. Ankeny, IA). Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Ankeny Memorial Gardens.
