Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, August 10, 2015, at Heartland Church in Ankeny with burial to follow at Story Memorial Gardens in Ames. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday at Ankeny Funeral Home.
Anita Jean Miller was born July 14, 1927 to Leonard & Kathryn (Kalsem) Sesker. She was united in marriage to Floyd W. Miller Jr. on April 7, 1945. The couple was blessed with two children, Larry (Kathy) Miller of Grant City, Missouri & Sharon (John) Stuart of Thornton, Colorado.
Anita is survived by her children; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Marlene (Clint) Sealine; brother, Hubert Sesker; and sisters-in-law, Inez Sesker and Helen Jagerson.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, Bob, Stanley, Nelland, Ralph; sisters, Louise Fairchild, Kathleen Johnson; and great-granddaughter, Courtney Ann Miller.
