I am trying to find out if this is the same Mark Gutierrez that was a friend of mine on Oahu, Hawaii in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.  He was married to a lovely lady, Monica.

This is Tracy Marks high school girlfriend, I am not on facebook and a friend just tracked me down to tell me about the loss of Mark. I am so shocked and sadened as the last time I saw him was for the 30th reunion, we sat together and had a great time.  We did keep in touch a couple of times a yr but he never mentioned he was sick. Picture of our senior prom hit me hard, I loved him very much. 

So sorry to the whole family, my heart goes out to you. 

Tracy Beck McAllister

I was a client and friend of Mark--was not aware he had passed. I last got in touch in August 2019 to wish him well on his diagnosis. 
Mark sold me my first home back in 2013--he provided me an opportunity at that time (a single, 26 year old on a fixed income) to buy a home and I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL. He was a great person, with honesty and integrity. We bonded over my connection with his aunt, Mrs. Gloria Duran, whom was my neighbor in Roxabel from 1992-2015. My deepest condolences to the family. 

Mark was a very dear friend of mine.  I did not know he passed away.  I was hoping he was beating the cancer.  I just tried to text him to see how he was doing.  You know I love you Mark, may you rest in peace. - Andrea. 

The Rudd family is grateful to both Mark and Tom for taking time to coach Little League.  In choosing to coach Drew & Nate other boys on that team, like Ryan got to benefit.  The family has stayed friends since and been fans of all the boys playing ball and watching them  grow to young men.  Our family sends their sincerest condolences to all of the Gutierrez family at this time.
