Keith A. Murdoch

Murdoch, Keith, City Manager of Anaheim from 1950-1976 passed away at home with his family on Friday February 4, 2011. In addition to serving his country during WWII and his community for 26 years Keith was a loving husband, father, grandfather great grandfather and friend. Kind and compassionate, a leader among men, he has touched the hearts of many in his 92 years. He will be missed on the golf course and in our hearts forever. He was predeceased by his daughter, Barbara Herron in 1999 and is survived by his wife, Jean; sister, Marion Widger; daughter, Cheryl Eyjolfsson; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 12th at 2pm at Pierce Brothers Mortuary, 2425 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim.
