Johnny, my cousin, you will be greatly missed by me and your family. You were so kind and respectful. I will never forget my mom telling me " Johnny is my favorite of all the Trevino boys ". I remember you coming to my moms all the way from Buena Park  on your bike , it made her happy. May you Rest In Peace.

God chose to call my son John to go home with him to heaven.  I miss my son so very much. I miss not having him around and hearing his voice sometimes he would sing in the shower and I could hear him and it would bring  a great big smile on my face. John was my seventh child he was a happy toddler he always wanted chocolate milk in his bottle instead on milk.  As he grew he became a very curious little boy he wanted to know how his toys like small cars and trucks worked so he would take them apart and try to put them back together again. My son was a good person he made friends easy in every where he went. John was very proud of his Father telling his children and everyone that his Dad taught him to be a good hard worker and to always do the very best he could in anything he set out to do. God's Garden

God looked around his garden and found an empty place
He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest
With the help of his angels they flew you to your heavenly place
 Gods garden must be beautiful, he always 
 takes the best He knew you were suffering, he knew you were in pain  He knew that you would never get well on earth again 
He saw the road was getting rough and the hills to hard to climb  He closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be Thine" It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone  For part of us went with you the day God called you home.

Dear Brother Johnny,  Thank you for being there when someone was in need, especially Mom.  Though we had not spent a lot of time together in recently times I do remember the good old days when you taught me about a certain genre of music called "Oldies"  specifically a song called "I'm Your Puppet"  I remember you listening and singing  to that song and many others  over and over and over agian.  Our water fights were epic!  Inside the house, outside the house it didn't matter.  It was crazy fun!  Going to the swap meet back in the day  with everyone was always an adventure.  
Please give Dad, Albert and all of our beloved family and friends hugs in heaven from all of us.  We miss you, love you and we keep you close in our hearts, our thoughts  and our prayers.  May you rest in Peace.

My brother Johnny gave everyone a lot of memories to remember him by.  He always wanted us to laugh and to be grateful.  It was always easy to love Johnny.  He was always there for me.  He would do anything to help me, from going to Chicago with me to just coming over and helping me flip my mattress.  He was always the first one to go early and save a spot for us at the beach or park so that we could all have a great time.  We played cards, had the best water fights and played jokes on each other.  I thank God he was with me.  I feel I was lucky to get to know him and to be close to him.  I still feel him with me everyday.  It is hard to go on without him.  You Juanito my brother.

Eulogy for John David Trevino

Today is a very sad day for everyone here. Johnny lost his life far to soon. However today we should not focus on the grief, but instead celebrate his life. Johnny was a good son whom adored his mother very much. Johnny also had a good relationship with all of his brothers and sisters. He was a loving Father and loved his Children and Grandchildren more than life. He loved  making everyone laugh always telling a story to turn it around and he would say "I  GOT YOU" he would laugh and laugh he was quite a joker. Johnny had a kind heart if you asked him to help you with what ever you needed he was there ready to help and be there for you. Johnny liked the old songs called "OLDIES" he said these songs had meaning of Love. 
His name John David is a beautiful biblical named after a Prophet and a King. I know that it will be very difficult for my family to move forward without Johnny in our lives. However I also know that my brother would not want us to be overwhelmed with sadness. Johnny was a strong and positive individual and would always look for the best in any situation and he would want us to do the same. Lets remember Johnny for who he was and appreciate the time we spent with him. We should make sure that his  memory lives in all of us for as long as we Live.

One of my favorite memories of my brother Johnny and myself. Our parents bought us  bikes for Xmas one year we had to be around 11yrs Johnny and I was 12yrs old a few days later I was riding my bike on Norwalk Blvd and here comes Johnny on the same side of the street coming towards me and I towards him and I yell out don't crash into me and of course we crashed. front tires mangles and bent rims no more bike for either  one of us. What was worse was trying to explain to my Dad what had happen and of course we were in big trouble. I laugh about that now and I can see Johnny in the back yard trying to fix his rim.
