Gloria Jean Herrera

Gloria passed away peacefully on Palm Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital at 8:08 PM. Gloria was born on October 30, 1945 to Andrew & Lucinda Guillen in Los Angeles California. She was raised in Redondo Beach, California. Gloria’s passion was to draw and play piano. She was the lady of the house and loved her children more than anything in this world. Specialty of her’s was to cook and one of the family’s favorite dishes that was Fideo, Spanish rice, and Picadillo. She would spend hours looking through her phone at all the photos of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a heart of gold. She was shy, loving, crazy and zany, and she loved swimming and spending time in the pool with her loved ones. Gloria is survived by her nine children, Anthony, Melissa Jean, Denise, Daniel, John, Andrew, Lucinda, Nicholas, Nora and her fur baby Ollie. Her Grandchildren, Maliah, Keoni, Hannah, Marissa, Sofia, and Hayden, Great Grandchildren , Keilini, Sione, Athena, and Marley. Sisters, Eva Stacey, Nora Pascarella, and Brother Johnny Guillen. Proceeded in death by Sister, Rosie Johnson, Grandmother, Luz Sanchez, Father, Andrew Guillen Husband, Henry Herrera, Mother, Lucinda Guillen, and Granddaughter, Destiney Herrera
