A private family memorial service will be held at a later time.
Willis was born in Amarillo, Texas on March 13, 1951 to Willis Fred Sr and Oma Jean(Smith) Warren. He graduated from Amarillo High School where he enjoyed playing Baseball for the school team. Willis was very sports minded. He enjoyed not only baseball, but fishing, golf, and many other activities. Along with his love of sports, he was a talented musician. He could play the piano, several different versions of the guitar, and some harmonica. In his down time, he enjoyed his coffee at the local Waffle House. He especially loved spending time with his family. He had a huge heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was generous in every sense of the word and he will be dearly missed.
Willis was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters NaCole “Buckwheat” Lancour of Amarillo, and Tracy “Mr. Carnegie” Parantala of Las Vegas, Nevada; and four grandchildren Skyler, Logan, Paige, and Taylor. He also leaves behind brothers Tim Warren and wife Denise, Ricky Warren and wife Vonnie , and John Warren; and many loving family and dear friends.
