He was born May 5, 1980, in Amarillo, Tx and attended Randall High School.
He was in Transportation Services at Fed Ex, and owner of Aspen Group.
Toby was a proud father and extremely dedicated to his daughter Reagan. He had a larger-than-life personality, burning the candle at both ends and in the middle. He lived life on the edge, hard and fast. His laugh was infectious, he was always the life of the party, and he never met a stranger. Toby lived his life exactly as he wanted.
Toby loved Golf, Poker, Fishing, Vegas, Talking Politics, Angel Fire, Traveling and the Bell Family Reunion in Okla. He was an exceptional athlete and loved sports of all kinds. His passion was buying Rental property, but most of all he loved his family. He was extremely close with his brothers and if you knew one Bell Brother, you knew them all. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Toby is preceded in death by his Grandfather Sam Bell and half-sister Sarah Bell.
Toby is survived by his loving and beautiful daughter Reagan, parents Troy Bell and Tammy Bell (Stacie), best friends and brothers Tyler Bell (Amanda) and Taylor Bell (Amber), grandmothers Nancy Lowry and Rosalie Bell Littlejohn, girlfriend Joy Chandler, nieces Journey, Baylee, Jenni, Autumn and Memphis, nephews Cotton and Rowdy and his Dog Boomer
