Rosalinda Palmer

Rosie was born July 6, 1956 in Uvalde Texas to Raul and Lupe DeLaGarza.The family moved to Amarillo in 1960 when she was 4 years old. She graduated from Caprock High School, attended WT. University then stared working for Christian Relief Fund in 1998. She became a translator and moved up to Director of Sponsorship Programs in Latin America and Ukraine. All her family, friends, co-workers, and children she touched everyone. She will be missed and remembered as a loving, caring, and joyful person.

Rosie is preceded in death by parents and her first husband Robert Nuzum, passing in 1996.

She is survived by her husband Kevin Palmer, daughter Raquel DeLaGarza,6 brothers; Mano DelaGarza and wife Hermia from Denton TX., Raul DelaGarza and wife Dora of Amarillo TX., Manuel DelaGarza and wife Lesie of Amarillo TX., Ramiro DelaGarza and wife Nesa, Freddy DelaGarza and wife Brenda of Amarillo TX., Simon DelaGarza of Amarillo TX., one sister; Dora and husband Luis TalaMantes of Amarillo TX., 9 nephews, and 7 nieces.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Christian Relief Fund of Amarillo, TX.
