Rachel A Graham

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with the Rev. Freddy Richardson, pastor of First Assembly of God, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Graham was born March 3, 1936, in Amarillo to Archie and Ruby Amerson. A lifelong resident of Amarillo, she attended First Assembly of God, where she did volunteer work. She was a special education teacher for Bushland and Nazereth school districts.

She was a devoted wife and a loving mother to all of her family. She loved the Lord with all her heart.

She is in heaven singing with the angels and having a great time with her husband and mother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Graham; her parents, Archie and Ruby Amerson; and a great-grandchild, Kemper Bertrand.

Survivors include a son, David Graham; two daughters, Cindy Lynn Klause and husband Rod and Sandy Bertrand and husband Laurence; a brother, Clide Amerson and family; a sister, Lucy Harland and family; four grandchildren, Heather VanLeer and husband Mark, John Klause, Brandon and Jennifer Bertrand, and Mark and Kathryn Klause; and seven great-grandchildren, Landyn Ott, Tristan VanLeer, Coal Sherwood, Keygan VanLeer, Braislyn Bertrand, Rhielyn Bertrand and Madison Klause.

The family suggests memorials be to First Assembly of God, 6101 S. Bell St., Amarillo, TX 79110.
