Phyllis was born in Dayton, Ohio to George and Kay Troutman on January 28, 1930.
She loved her Lord first and for most. She studied her bible daily and her family was very important to her. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sons, Terry, James and Scott.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Rusty Stepp and wife Marilyn; sister Marjorie Hardin and husband Doug; Grandchildren : Chris Stepp and wife Laura
