Michael D. Roper was born on February 23, 1964 in Amarillo. He was fun loving, always joking and cared deeply for his family and his friends. He was always there for them. Michael will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love him. The family would like to thank Victoria as well as all the nursing staff at Internim Health Care. Donations can be made in Michael's honor to ASPCA in Amarillo.
He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Lucille Hancock and Edna Fair, grandfather Joe Fair and his father Charles Roper.
He is survived by his mom Sarah Rossi, step dad Wayne Ballew, brother Ashley Stone, sisters Kerri Williams and husband Robert, Renee Burd and husband Keith all of Amarillo, along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
