She was born April 6, 1941 in Amarillo, Texas to Ralph and Beulah (Boots) Summers.
Mary was a dedicated member of St. Mary’s Church in Amarillo, attending there for many years. She dedicated her life to her husband, children, and grandchildren, loving them with all her heart. Every child born into the family was gifted a hand-crafted blanket, which she took much pride in.
Mary is survived by her loving husband; Gerald Alfred Kempf, son; Michael Kempf, daughters; Teresa Hamilton, Paula Nugent, and Margret Hoffman, 13 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great- grandchildren, sister; Ferne Hefner.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Ralph and Beulah “Boots” Summers.
Mary will be missed by both her family and friends.
