Glenda Young, 84, of Amarillo, died January 23, 2022. Memorial Services will be held January 28, 2022 at 10:00a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 6900 Hillside Rd., with Pastor Joe Andrajack officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home.
She was born September 21, 1937 to Clinton Green and Clara Elizabeth Lynch, in Crowder, OK. She enjoyed bowling for many years. She worked as a realtor for over 40 years. She was also a broker for a number of years.
She is survived by her son, Brad Moore and wife Teresa, of Amarillo; a granddaughter, Tyler and husband Ricky, of Amarillo; two sisters, Sarah McDade, of Whitesboro, TX, and Frances Palko, of Amarillo; and three great-granddaughters, Peyton, Paisley, and Presley.
She was preceded by her parents, Clinton Green and Clara Elizabeth Lynch, her brother, Clinton Lynch Jr.; and a son, Bruce Moore.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to be given to Alzheimer’s Association or to a charity of your choice.
