Dwayne was a kind man who had a deep appreciation for life outside walls. You could find him golfing, boating, fishing, camping, wood-working, admiring antique cars or yard work and especially mowing. Dwayne was a man with a loving heart. He always had a smile on his face when he was surrounded by his family and dearest friends. Everyone knew that Dwayne held a special place in his heart for children and they always felt the same way about Dwayne. Dwayne retired from Wheelabrator Coal Services after more than 25 years of loyal service.
Dwayne was preceded in death by his parents, Dovie and Jesse Stiles; son, Ryan De Stiles; sister, Rita Dennis; brother, John W. Stiles and stepson, Randy Roark.
Dwayne is survived by his wife, Charlene Stiles; daughter, Lori and husband Gary Haseloff; daughter, Amy and husband Mitch Martin; sister, Vera Jean and husband Estes Bartlett; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday January 4, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home located at 6969 East Interstate 40 Amarillo, TX 79118. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 4, 2023 at 2:00pm at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church located at 555 East Hastings Ave Amarillo, TX 79108. Graveside services will be held immediately after the funeral service at Memorial Park Cemetery located at 6969 East Interstate 40 Amarillo, TX 79118.
