Dianne Boehm

Dianne Joan Boehm, born Dianne Joan Hartranft, left this world on February 3rd, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother who touched the lives of those around her with her unwavering love and quiet strength.

Dianne began her journey in Amarillo, where she attended Palo Duro High School, creating cherished memories that would last a lifetime. On May 10, 1968, she exchanged vows with the love of her life, Robert Adolph Boehm, in a ceremony that marked the beginning of a beautiful partnership spanning over five decades.

Her life was a tapestry woven with diverse experiences, from her early days as a registered nurse to her later career as a truck driver. Dianne embraced the challenges of her chosen paths with resilience and dedication, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Dianne faced the inevitable challenges of life with grace, carrying the memory of her late brother David Charles Hartranft, her mother Joan Lane Hartranft, and her father Charles Thomas Hartranft in her heart. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Adolph Boehm, her sister Catherine Ann Bond, her children Michelle Diaz, John Boehm, Charlotte Rush, and Charles Boehm, as well as her 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her human family, Dianne leaves behind two weird-looking dogs and an old, grumpy black cat, a testament to her compassionate nature that extended even to her four-legged companions.

Dianne's interests were as diverse as her experiences. She found solace in the pages of books and the delicate art of sewing. Her selflessness knew no bounds, as she dedicated her life to her family with unparalleled patience and quiet strength in the midst of life's chaos.
