Danny A. Jackson, 66, of Amarillo died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012. Danny was born July 29, 1946, in Cooper to Billy and Mada Jackson. He was the middle child of five. Nothing was more important to him than family. He enjoyed sports and was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a master machinist for Multiple Systems Inc. for more than 20 years. He patented several machine designs. No project was ever too large when it came to remodeling for family. You always knew where you stood with Danny, because he wasn’t afraid to tell you. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Debbie Jackson; four daughters, Javet Rahorst and husband Leon, Kimber Daniel and husband Pat, Diana Cowan and husband Charles C., and Deanna Mutz and husband Allen; six grandsons, Tyson Jones and wife Rebecca, Taylor Jones, Devin Bain and wife Kameron, Gage Mutz, and Alex and Greyson Cowan; a granddaughter, Chelsea Meyers; a great-granddaughter, Joslyn Jones; his mother, Mada Jackson; two brothers, Mike Jackson and wife Teri and Ronald K. Jackson and wife Peggy; a sister, Cindy Gibson and
husband Bob; numerous nieces and nephews; and his “extended family” at Multiple Systems Inc. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy C. Jackson, and a sister, Sandy VanBibber. The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
