David, after attending Palo Duro High School together. Apart from the three years they lived in Colorado
Springs, they spent their entire marriage in Amarillo. Cindy loved people. She was a woman of faith and loved her family and church family dearly. She was a long-term member of Olsen Park Church of Christ.
Cindy was a homemaker and cared for a number of children in her home over the years. She loved each of them and kept in touch with them. Cindy was always generous and especially enjoyed gift giving. It was important to her to keep track of everyone’s birthdays.
Cindy had many hobbies including their two Morkies, Darla and Petey, arts and crafts, cooking, sewing
and shopping. She and David traveled regularly with their RV and spent most of their time during retirement camping in Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Cindy is survived by her husband, David; her daughter, Christy and husband, Keith; son, Brad, and wife,
Cassi; and her son, Mark; her grandchildren, Becca, Tate, Frankie, Emmelise, Klaire, Ethan, Hagan &
Heston; her four great-grandchildren, Addie, Izzy, Gabby, and Taylor; her brother, Gary and his wife,
Pam; her sister, Annette and her husband, Larry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the kind and caring staff at Northwest Texas Hospital.
Due to current circumstances, memorial services will be postponed until her life can be celebrated safely
with her family and many friends.
