She was born on November 21, 1958, in Muleshoe, Texas, to Martell and Gloria LeVeque. Christi was a vibrant individual with a passion for music and the arts. She found joy in coloring, stenciling, and drawing, and cherished her time spent creating. A devoted coffee enthusiast, she relished every opportunity to enjoy her favorite brew, and whenever she could, she loved to travel and explore new places. An exceptionally bright individual, Christi was a straight-A student in high school and graduated with honors. Her intelligence was evident in her impressive IQ of 138, and she was recognized as an honor roll student throughout her academic career. Christi demonstrated her business acumen early on, working as a bank teller for several years and saving $6,000 by the time she graduated high school through her bookkeeping efforts on weekends.
Christi is survived by her loving mother, Gloria LeVeque; her son, Ian Kelly; and her daughter, Jessica Kolas.
She is preceded in death by her father, Martell Labon LeVeque, and one brother, Marc Labon LeVeque. Christi's warmth, creativity, and intelligence touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In honor of Christi's life, a memorial service will be held on [2-24-2025 at 3pm], at [Memorial Park Cemetery]. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life and share their cherished memories.
