Carol Ann Vaughn entered the gates of Heaven on December 16, 2022. Funeral service will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 10 am. Dr. Howard K Batson, pastor of First Baptist Church of Amarillo will be officiating. Carol was born January 21, 1938, to Otis and Clydene Fouse in Price, Utah. Carol was involved with the International group for many years at First Baptist Church of Amarillo, teaching English as a second language. Carol was also involved with Texas Panhandle Mental Health Services, in supporting families with loved ones who have mental health issues. She loved the Lord, her family, friends, and church congregation.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Verlin Vaughn and a son Victor Vaughn.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Everett Vaughn, sister Marge Hudson, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
