Betty was the Vice President of Citizens State Bank in Hugoton, KS and was an avid gardener and loved to sew. She was a devoted mother and dog lover.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Richard Leeper; Her parents; Son, Billy Leeper; Daughter, Kathy Leeper and Brother, Jackie Wood.
She is survived by Sons; Roger Wilson (wife, Carman) and Ron Wilson (wife, Tina), Daughter, Marcy Leeper; Sister, Karen Ingle, nine Grandchildren and ten Great Grandchildren.
