He was born in Tampa, FL on June 18, 1943.
Bill graduated from Edgewater High School in Orlando and married his high school sweetheart, Emily in 1962.
Bill was a brilliant engineer in the laser industry and retired as an executive with Analog Modules.
Bill was proud to be a Freemason and a member of the Bahia Shrine Temple.
He always kept himself busy with many hobbies including woodworking, art projects and gardening.
He was always a caring and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Emily Mills Hudson, two daughters, Sherri (Mark) & Kelly (James), two sons, Jeff (Melissa) & Michael (Michelle), eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 30 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home
