Ruby Irene Schoch

Ruby Irene Schoch, 93, of Altamonte Springs, Florida, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 24, 2014. She was born to the late Fred and Mildred Siron on February 25, 1921 in Kanawha Head, West Virginia. Ruby married Bernard (Bun) Schoch in Washington, DC on April 7, 1947. Together they had three children; Gary, Terry and Beverly. An amazing woman who was treasured and loved by everyone who knew her, but especially her family. Mom (a.k.a. Grammy), we will think of you and miss you all the days of our lives. Her interests were fashion, antiques, politics, and her faith. Ruby was preceded in her passing by brothers Maxon and Cecil Siron, sister Mattie Grey Shobe and grandson Ryan Daniel Schoch. She is survived by her husband, Bernard; sons: Gary and wife Sharon, Terry and wife Robin, daughter Beverly; sister Opal Blair; grandchildren Stacy Terry and husband Tommy, Ashley Greene, and Kara Dobson and husband Lee; great-grandchildren Emilee and Kaylee Terry. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte, 90 Weathersfield Avenue, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 3 at 10:00am at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte. Burial will follow Service at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka, Florida 32703.
