Nicole Suzanne Parker, 21, of Apopka, FL passed away on January 31, 2017. Born August 10, 1995 in Orlando, FL, Nicole was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend. She graduated Top 10 from Lake Brantley High School in 2013, and was an AP Scholar. While attending Lake Brantley, Nicole was Field Commander of the Lake Brantley High School Marching Band. She was involved in Key Club, National Honor Society, Beta Club, Epsilon Nu Gamma, and Mu Alpha Theta, in addition to being on the Homecoming and Prom court. After high school, Nicole was accepted to the University of Florida in 2013. A proud Gator, Nicole was also a part of the University of Florida ‘Pride of the Sunshine’ Marching Band. She continued to stay active socially and academically after being diagnosed. Nicole traveled to many places with her family and friends and made many wonderful memories on their trips together. She was a sweet, gifted, and beautiful young lady who will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Nicole leaves behind a legacy of family and friends. She is survived by her parents, John and Susan; sister, Brianne; half-sister, Barbara; half-brothers, John and Matthew; grandparents, Terrie Rafferty, Sandy and Janet Brown; aunts and uncles, Pat and Beth Brown, Dave and Maryann Brown, Jim Parker and Susan Coutu, Joe and Cheryl Parker, Jeff and Patricia Parker, Jane and Michael Kimble, and Jack Parker; cousins Andrew, Amy Barber, and Christy Brown, Parker and Nicholas Brown, Jennifer Farmer, Jessica Tajman, Jamie and Jayna Parker, Jarrett Parker, Logan and Peyton Kimble, Anthony Escobedo, and Robert Coutu; as well as a host of other relatives and many, many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3 from 7-9pm, with a prayer service at 8pm, at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte, 90 Weathersfield Ave., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Funeral Mass will follow on Saturday, February 4 at 12pm at Annunciation Catholic Church, 1020 Montgomery Rd., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.
