Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, John W. Schaffer and by her sisters Margie and Ellen and her brother Paul. She is survived by her children Ann (Steve), Linda (Paul) and John (Debbie); her grandchildren Ray (Amy), Robert, Andrew, John, Thomas (Alyssa), Peter (Carri), Lucy (Dave) and Matthew; great-grandchildren Ryan, Allison and Elizabeth; and her brother John as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mary loved her family, playing bridge, traveling, and a pre-dinner martini.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 26th, at 10:00 AM at Annunciation Catholic Church, 1020 Montgomery Road in Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714.
