Dave went to see the Lord on Wednesday, June 5, in Longwood, Florida. He leaves behind 3 sons; Gary B. Davis and wife Susan, Stephen V. Davis and wife Carmel, and Alan M. Davis, 5 grandkids, Jennifer Miller, Jason Davis, Alicia Davis, Justin Davis, and Wesley Davis, 4 great grandchildren, Haley, Ashlynn, Paisley, and Colson. As per his request a formal service will not be held at this time. As he served his country proudly for 20 years in the US Air Force, an application is in process to inter he and his beloved late wife Joan's ashes at Northwest Veterans Cemetary, in Keithville, Louisiana. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, or the Wounded Warrier Project.
