Angela "Angie" McGee

God felt it was time to bring his daughter home; freeing her of pain and sickness. Angela was called back to God on February 3, 2016.

Angela McGee was born on June 17, 1959 in Gary, Indiana to Gladys and Charles McGee. She accepted Christ into her life by being baptized in Jesus name in 1975. She attended Ivanhoe Elementary, Edison Middle School and West Side High School where she graduated in 1979.

Angela attended the LeVelle’s Barber School in Gary, Indiana where she began cutting hair soon thereafter to family and friends.

Angela moved to Florida in 1982. She worked many years at McLane Distribution Co. as a distribution technician.

Angela leaves to cherish her memory a loving mother, Gladys Norris McGee of Orlando, Florida and a loving father, Charles H. McGee of Canton, Ohio; 3 sisters: Brenda L. McGee of Brandon, Florida; Rosalie McGee of Chicago, Illinois; Dannette McGee of Poinciana, Florida; 3 brothers: Alvin E. McGee who preceded her in death; Charles McGee, Jr. of New Jersey; and Orlando McGee of Orlando, Florida; 2 nephews: Folayan E. Kindred (Acquelyn) and J’rdan G. Thigpen; 2 nieces: Aaliyah L. Kindred and Alexis F. Kindred; best friends, Ollie Mae Phillips, Carolyn Darden and Moses Battles; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
