Garnett Stoltz

She was born on December 10, 1922 near Sand Barrens at St. Francisville to Charles Edwin and Sallie (Organ) McCarty.

She married Marshall "Bob" Stoltz on March 8, 1954, he preceded her in death on March 30, 1994.

Surviving are two children Sallie (Larry) Fryman of Allendale and Charles Stoltz of Allendale, two grandchildren Emily (Todd) Musich of Evansville and Brian Fryman of Allendale, four great-grandchildren Brennan and Tyler Musich and Aiden and Addy Fryman, brother and sister-in-law Earl and Virginia Stoltz, several nieces and nephews, special friend and caretaker Lois Speth, and special friend Ann Winter.

Preceding her in death were six siblings and spouses Herbert (Mildred) McCarty, Donald (Faye) McCarty, Ruby (Infant sister), Byron (Emma) McCarty, Helen McCarty, and Ralph (Thelma) McCarty.

Garnett was a homemaker, enjoyed quilting and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 19 at Ingram Funeral Home in Allendale, where visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. of Friday evening. Burial will be at Wabash Cemetery at Orio.

Memorials may be made to the Lawrenceville Humane Society or St. Francisville Senior Center.
