Michael Joseph McGuinness

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Joseph McGuinness on Tuesday, February 6th. He died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, after a 5 year battle with cancer. Born on September 2, 1954, Michael was a family man; he cherished every moment with his loved ones and never missed an opportunity to tell them how much they meant to him. He is survived by his wife Denise, daughters Colleen (Huy), Mary Megan, and Anne (Stephen), and sister Susan. Michael is preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Michael, and siblings Mark and Liz. He will be remembered by all for his quick wit, laugh, and love for the Irish, music, cars, his dogs and fine food. A funeral will be held in his honor on February 26th at 10:30 in the morning at the Basilica of Saint Mary with a reception to follow.
