Jon T. Smith affectionally known as “Terry” was born on September 17, 1965 to James and Creola Smith. Terry passed away on January 9, 2021 and was preceded in death by his father James T. Smith. He is survived by his mother Creola Smith, brother Sean Smith and a host of extended family.
