Gloria Virginia Lowe, of Accokeek, MD, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Gloria is survived by her son, George H. Lowe, Jr.; her beloved granddaughters, Chelsea and Katie Lowe; and her younger brother, Ronnie Townsend. She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Lowe, Sr.; her parents, Thomas and Catherine Townsend; and her six siblings.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23 from 2 to 5 p.m., with a memorial service on Monday, October 24 at 10 a.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Flowers are encouraged. Interment private.
