Felicia was a member of numerous historical societies including The Colonial Dames, The Stafford Historical Society and the Daughters of The American Revolution.
Felicia was active in numerous social and environmental causes. She did volunteer work with her husband Frank for decades.. They delivered Meals on Wheels to people in need, monitored bluebird populations and counted bald eagles for local wildlife organizations.
