Of Alexandria, VA passed away on October 25, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Douglas H. Carter, Sr. She is survived by her four children, Diana Mancini, Patricia Zarwel,, Nancy Brink and Douglas Carter, Jr. Also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandsons. She was a beautiful soul and will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 3rd from noon to 2:00pm, followed by a memorial service and reception at Demaine funeral Home, 520 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
