Christopher David Burch

Christopher David Burch, of Alexandria, VA was born on March 22, 1979, in San Diego, CA, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 18, 2012. Chris earned his bachelor's degree at the University of San Diego and his JD from William and Mary Law School. His career included an internship at the White House and working as a fellow for the California State Legislature. Chris was a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Chris worked for the Institute for Physical Science and for the past three years has served on the team for the Department of Defense, Office of the General Counsel. Chris was an avid traveler and recently returned from a trip to France with his Mom and Dad, girlfriend Jenny Becker, and his Uncle Bill and Aunt Renee. Chris is survived by his parents, Gene and Barbara Burch, his maternal grandmother, Marlene Brindell, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, his East Coast Family, Roy and Mary Reed and their gang. Chris's memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 21 at 4 p.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8710 Mt. Vernon Highway, Alexandria, VA 22309.
