A funeral service for Candace will be held Friday, February 16, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314. A graveside service will occur Monday, February 19, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Laurel Hill Memorial Park, 10127 Plank Rd, Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22553.
