Antoinette Chism

Passed away Sunday April 28, 2013, she was 79. Antoinette was born in Chicago, Illinois, however was a resident of Vienna, Virginia since 1972. She died peacefully, surrounded by members of her family, in Mt. Vernon INOVA hospital.

Antoinette is survived by a brother, Anthony Cook of Crown Point, Indiana and a sister Charlotte Melotti of Grants Pass, Oregon. She is also survived by sons Kenon Chism III of Oak Island, NC, Jeremy Chism of Leonardtown, MD, Jason Chism of Vienna, VA and daughters Lori Chism Pick of Alexandria, VA, Teri Chism of Winchester, VA, Sheryl Chism Campbell of Occoquan, VA, and Caralyn Chism of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren with another two on the way.

Visitation will be held Wednesday May 1, 6 to 8 p.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington St. Alexandria, VA 22314. The funeral mass is Thursday May 2, 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church 309 S. Royal St., Alexandria, VA 22314.
