Of Alexandria, Va, born October 27, 1931 in Mt. Vernon, VA. passed peacefully March 3, 2015. He will be missed dearly by everyone who knew and loved him. He served in the Korean War and worked for Eastern Airlines, retiring in 1986, after 36 years. Beloved husband of Denise Carol Allen, and father of daughters, Tammy Ware and Heidi Fischer (Chris). Grandchildren Misty Ware, A.J. Ware, Aidan Fischer, and Jacob Fischer; great-grandchildren, Madysen Pierce and Mason Pierce. Friends and family are invited to call Monday, March 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington Street, Old Town, Alexandria. Memorial service will occur Tuesday, March 10, at 10 a.m., Demaine Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt Comfort Cemetery.
