Ms. Frances L Shelton

Frances White Shelton, 100, of Little Rock, AR passed away on January 11, 2023. She was born on March 28, 1922 in Carlisle, AR to the late Wayne W. and Annie Mearl Highfill White. She attended the Univ. of Ark, at Monticello, retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and was a member of St Paul United Methodist Church. Frances loved traveling with her husband in their RV, spending time at their lakehouse and later in life traveling with her many friends. She was well loved throughout her life and will be remembered or her kind spirit and warm smile.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Lindon “Lin” Shelton; sister Marion Godair; brother Gene White; and grandson Bobby Shelton.

Survivors include Richard (Bessie) Shelton of Mammoth Spring, AR; Bob Shelton of Little Rock, AR; Greg (Leslie) Shelton of Little Rock, AR, and sister Sharon (Carlos) Stephens of Destin, FL. Other survivors include granddaughter Erica (Brent) Humphreys of West Plains, MO and great grandson Robert Shelton.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 11:00 am, Pinecrest Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Paul United Methodist Church, 2223 Durwood Rd, Little Rock, AR 72207.
