Today is July 25, 2022.  Connie and I met in 1975 and we clicked right away. We became the best of friends. We were trusted for confidantes 46 years. Then I got a phone call from her husband that fateful morning of December 5, 2021. Not a day goes by that I long to talk with her.  She was such a beautiful soul, was warm and loving, and a shrewd business lady. I miss her so much. I know that everyone that loved her misses Connie. When I am missing her so much I want to call her. And then I break out into tears and that happens to often. Arnold Gene was such a wonderful husband and loved her so very much. When I first met him and could see his love for her I knew he was a beautiful soul too. I couldn’t help but loving him because he cared for Connie so much. I know he heart hurts too. 
I loved Connie so much and I was certain we would really grow old together. 
 I was one month younger than Connie. When she passed. I thought I would have died by now of a broken heart and join her in heaven.

Connie was such a wonderful person... she was so kind to me when I moved in one of her properties... I miss her and her management skills... she gave everyone her kindness no matter the issue... she loved the Lord and we cried together at times... I will always remember her

Berle and I met Connie over 20 years ago when we visited her and Gene in Havana, FL. We loved her from the start and were so happy God brought her into Gene's life. I believe Connie was non-judgmental, always looking for the good in people. We enjoyed being with her and Gene we could; had some great, fun times together. 
Connie will be missed but never forgotten and we will be united with her when we get to heaven. God bless Gene and all the family. 

My aunt Connie was so loving & kind, every person she came in contact with felt her love for her husband, her family, her friends. She is loved dearly & will be missed, God gained an amazing angel & one day we will be together again.  This is not goodbye. My families prayers are with my uncle Gene & her family. She will be missed in so many ways.  The kind heart, she showed so many. We had a lot of great conversations over the years. I enjoyed working with her and the family, that became family to me.  Meet some great friends. 
   Today we say goodby, but not ever forgotten and she will always live in our hearts.

I have to many amazing memories with grams. One of them being going to the lake one year for Brooke’s birthday. We tubed on the lake, had great time. So many laughs were made. 
Grams used to take me and Brooke to church after (jr. high) school and take us to sonic afterwards. This woman can get DOWN to some “all about that bass” by megan trainor. 
Grams was not my blood grandmother but she will tell anyone that i am. She gave the best hugs, had the most amazing personality and contagious laugh. 
I wish i could go on another random shopping spree with her. 
There was another time a couple years back when me, Brooke, Grams and grandpa all loaded up in the mini van and just started driving. no destination in mind, but we just drove all around town. Those were the best times. 
I am beyond thankful to have had the time i did with Grams and i am eternally grateful to Brooke Ousley for coming into my life as my bestfriend in the 8th grade because you gave me the best bonus family in the world.

She never knew a stranger and had the kindest heart.   

Connie was a treasure and her Night Bloomers Garden Club friends will miss her dearly. She was the kindest, most generous and welcoming person, and her presence made the world a little brighter and warmer. Deepest condolences to her loved ones.

I met Connie many years ago when she came to work with us at Castle Properties.  I immediately loved working with her. I was glad that we were able to stay connected over the years after I left Castle. 

She became an important part of my life as she was very good friends with my in-laws and in these last few years she was their neighbor. I will miss sharing holidays with her or playing whatever game we decided to play when we would get together. 

I will miss her dearly. She was one of my favorite people. The world is now darker without her light.

Aunt Connie you lit up every room you were in. You were truly the most beautiful person I have ever met and I am so lucky to have had you in my life. I will always treasure the memory of you and love you.
