Natalie leaves to mourn her passing, brother; Herman X. (Bernice) Phillips; sister, Joyce Phillips-Minter both of Knoxville, TN; aunts Sarah J. Edwards, Agnes Reece and a host of cousins.
Natalie had a career in law enforcement with Knox County Sheriff's Office and Blount County Sheriff's Office. She earned a PhD. form Walden University in 2014. Natalie was a philanthropist, often donating to many charities and ministries
