She was preceded in death by husband Donald Roy Morgan; Mother Agnes Helen Price; brothers Deboyce Givens, Randall Price, and Paul Givens.
Martha is survived by her loving fiancé Mark Fagg, of Monroe County; children Barry (Stephanie) Whaley, of Morristown, James (Carrie) Whaley of Maryville, and daughter Robin Whaley, of Monroe County; brother Ralph(Falecia) Price, of Monroe County; grandchildren Nathan Whaley, Daniel Whaley, Macy Whaley, Maya Whaley, and AJ Whaley; special nephew that she raised like a son David (Susan) Price of Kentucky; special friend, Larry Jordan of Nashville; and several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and family.
