Mark Taylor Barnhart

Mark was proud graduate of Holston High School, Class of 1982. He was a devoted University of Tennessee Vols fan and cheered on his team with unwavering loyalty. He had an adventurous heart, always eager to fish on a quiet morning, catch a round of disc golf or golf with friends and family, or take to the skies for another skydiving thrill. His love for life was contagious.

Mark was especially passionate about his work as an over-the-road truck driver.

Mark’s strong work ethic, humor, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy lives on in the stories shared, the lives he touched, and the roads he traveled.

He is preceded in death by his parents Barth and Darlene Barnhart.

Mark is survived by his children Hallie Barnhart and Landon Barnhart; brothers David Lovell, Chris Lovell and Todd Lovell.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to St. Jude's in Mark's name.

The family welcomes friends to a Receiving of Friends on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens from 1pm-3pm.
